Job Description

About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for client-facing communication, ensuring smooth follow-ups between the business development (BD) team and merchants regarding commercial agreements 2. Draft and send emails to merchants requesting necessary documents and details for agreement preparation 3. Organize and maintain internal documentation for agreements and related processes 4. Populate standard draft agreements with merchant-provided details 5. Use Zoho Sign to share agreements and follow up on signature completion. Submit internal requests for sub-channels, Figma access, or other necessary tools 6. Create and manage tickets on Slack for internal processes, ensuring follow-up, and alerting the BD team of any delays 7. Coordinate with merchants and internal teams to schedule integration calls and ensure timely execution 8. Handle post-live arrangements such as setting up WhatsApp groups and sharing dashboard credentials 9.
