The Sales Intern will be responsible for generating leads through Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn, and creating a manual lead bank of cold prospects. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in lead generation and sales processes. Key Responsibilities • Utilize Facebook, Google, for Lead Generation through Social Media Platforms. • Compile and maintain a comprehensive lead bank of cold prospects. • Ensure all lead information is accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized. • Research and Analysis. • Develop and implement strategies to engage with cold prospects. • Maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities and interactions. • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall sales strategies. • Provide regular feedback and insights on lead quality and campaign effectiveness. Key Performance Areas (KRA) • Lead Generation. • Ensure the lead bank is comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date. • Conduct thorough and accurate research on potential leads. • Provide valuable insights and analysis to support lead generation efforts. • Develop relationships with prospects that can be nurtured by the sales team. Qualifications • Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. • Strong interest in sales and marketing. • Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in using social media platforms (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn) for lead generation. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Results-oriented with a strong desire to meet or exceed lead generation targets. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with CRM software and data management tools is a plus.
