Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Mumbai. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and promoting our products/services to potential customers. Key Responsibilities: Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the sales manager or company. Customer Acquisition: Prospect and generate new leads within the assigned geographical area or market segment. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and prospects, providing excellent customer service and after-sales support. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products/services, and effectively communicate features, benefits, and value to customers. Market Research: Continuously analyze competitor activity, market trends, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct in-person sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to convert leads into sales.. Collaborative Work: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and effective implementation of sales campaigns. Promotional Activities: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, or networking opportunities to promote the business and increase brand visibility. Qualifications: Proven experience in field sales or a similar sales role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to customer needs.
