About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Lead Closing: Identify and qualify leads, guiding them towards our services 2. Product Demos: Deliver engaging demos, showcasing our features and addressing client questions. 3. Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, ensuring a smooth onboarding and usage experience. 4. Feedback and Referral Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to gather client feedback and encourage referrals. 5. Evening CSM Meetings: Join CSM meetings to discuss client insights and retention strategies. 6. Documentation: Record client interactions, feedback, and issues for continuous product and service improvement.
