About the internship Department: Sales and marketing Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Work on lead generation and research: i. Identify potential clients through research, cold-calling, and networking. ii. Assist in developing and maintaining a pipeline of leads to support the sales process. 2. Provide sales support: i. Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials tailored to client needs. ii. Participate in meetings and presentations to learn consultative sales techniques and build client relationships. 3. Work on client interaction and follow-up: i. Help in responding to inquiries, managing follow-ups, and ensuring prompt communication with clients. ii. Assist in organizing and updating client interactions in CRM software. 4. Work on market and product knowledge: i. Gain in-depth knowledge of Adonix Digital Marketing's services, including SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing. ii. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to assist in refining sales strategies. 5. Handle administrative and reporting tasks: i. Support daily administrative tasks such as updating records, preparing reports, and maintaining sales tools. ii. Assist in tracking sales progress and compiling performance reports for the team.
