Job Description
About the internship
As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you will be instrumental in engaging with our target audience who can benefit immensely from a simulation based soft skill training program, leading them to get meaningful jobs. You will have the opportunity to don multiple hats and engage in market research, customer outreach and track our sales database while we open our program to learners across the country.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Proactively reach out to potential and existing learners through calls and follow-ups to build strong relationships, answer their questions, and promote the program's value, ultimately driving enrollment and sales.
2. Consistently follow up with potential and current learners to guide them through the enrollment process, while maintaining an updated database of their status and progress.
3. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in marketing, while analyzing the marketing campaign performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
4. Identify potential employers who are looking for candidates with the skills our learners posses and create a database.
5. Help organize employer-specific events such as webinars, virtual meetups, or placement drives to showcase our learners' skills.
