About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Identifying and generating new sales leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals. 2. Using CRM tools to manage and track interactions with potential and existing customers, ensuring long-term relationships and repeat business. 3. Analyzing market trends and historical data to predict future sales, plan strategies, and meet quarterly or annual sales goals. 4. Maintaining and managing relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. 5. Tracking prospects through the sales funnel, ensuring each stage is managed effectively to increase conversion rates. 6. Gathering feedback from customers to improve offerings and collaborating with the customer support team to resolve any issues. Walk in date: 13th January and 17th January 2025.
