About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Marketing Campaign Management: Support the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as social media, email, and webinars. 2. Campaign Data Management: Update and analyze data from various campaigns in Excel or Google Sheets to assess performance and recommend improvements. 3. Channel Management: Assist in managing the company's social media presence, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking key metrics. 4. Sales Outreach: Assist in identifying potential customers, reaching out to leads via phone and email, and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel. 5. Reporting: Prepare reports summarizing sales and marketing metrics, highlighting areas for improvement. What We're Looking For: 1. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams. 2. Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to keep detailed and accurate records of leads, sales activities, and marketing metrics. Strong organizational skills are a must. 3. Adaptability: Willingness to work across different functions, from sales to marketing, and switch roles as needed in a fast-paced startup environment. 4. Growth Mindset: A positive mindset and eagerness to learn. Ready to take on challenges and proactively solve problems. 5. Eager to learn: Comfortable working with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and social media platforms. Willingness to learn new tools and technologies as needed.
