About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Partner with multiple human resources groups and individual team members across functions to understand their requirements and make recommendations for system solutions. 2. Provide global technical support for the end-to-end Workline technology portfolio. 3. Perform configuration and testing tasks to satisfy requests for fixes, changes, enhancements, and compliance. 4. Assist in supporting day-to-day operational needs. 5. Support data integrations between Workline and other systems. 6. Create test plans, training materials, and system documentation. 7. Facilitate end-user training sessions, knowledge transfer, and user adoption of the system. 8. Communicate system changes and issues to relevant stakeholders. 9. Support the implementation of future solutions and additional special projects as assigned. 10. Support data integrity by performing regular audits and maintaining the data in the systems. 11. High business ethics and personal integrity (handling of confidential information) 12. Desire and ability to continue to learn and work on new technologies 13. Must have exceptional time management and prioritisation skills 14.
