About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Source potential candidates from various job portals and social channels (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine). 2. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. 3. Conduct phone screenings to understand candidate strengths, liabilities, and job requirements. 4. Draft and post job advertisements on job boards, company pages, and social media. 5. Manage candidate databases and ensure accurate record-keeping. 6. Collaborate with team members to meet recruitment goals. 7. Assist in refining job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
