About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Source aggressively: Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and creative outreach to find energetic candidates. 2. Screen efficiently: Review applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess for drive and cultural fit. 3. Manage logistics: Coordinate interviews, prepare interviewers, and maintain an organized candidate pipeline. 4. Build employer brand: Create engaging job descriptions and content that highlights the startup's dynamic culture using AI tools. 5. Analyze and improve: Track recruitment metrics, report to management, and continuously refine the hiring process.
