About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Stay updated on market trends, industry advancements, and emerging technologies to understand the competitive landscape and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly 2. Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, and source of hire, to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for full time (in-office) internship 2. can start the internship between 2nd Dec'24 and 6th Jan'25 3. are available for duration of 6 months 4. are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities 5. have relevant skills and interests * Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply. WAISL is a 12+-year-old international organization in the aviation ecosystem that is defining standards to facilitate the adoption of digital technologies at airports. It is an independent entity having its IT solutions including complete ITC infrastructure set up exclusively for the various airports. Our associations and contracts are long-term with airports to institutionalize niche technologies in line with world-class airport solutions and hence we signed a minimum of 15+ years of agreements with each of these airports. We manage 99.9% of SLAs with all our clients and are responsible for tech refresh/adoptions of new technologies every 3 to 5 years.
