About the internship About Us: Fabric is revolutionizing technical recruitment through AI-powered assessments and screening. We help companies find top tech talent faster while ensuring candidates have a seamless experience. Role Overview: We're looking for a detail-oriented Recruitment Operations Intern to support our growing recruitment processes. You'll work directly with our team to help manage candidate pipelines, coordinate with hiring teams, and ensure smooth recruitment operations. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in managing candidate communications and scheduling - Monitor and track candidate progress through various stages of the recruitment process - Help coordinate between candidates and client companies - Support in maintaining recruitment data and generating reports - Assist in quality checks of AI-screened candidate profiles - Help in candidate sourcing and initial outreach Required Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - Proficiency in Google Workspace (especially Sheets) - Attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy - Basic understanding of recruitment processes What We Offer: - Hands-on experience in tech recruitment - Exposure to AI-driven recruitment processes - Opportunity to work with leading tech companies Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for full time (in-office) internship 2. can start the internship between 10th Jan'25 and 14th Feb'25 3. are available for duration of 3 months 4. are from or open to relocate to Bangalore 5. have relevant skills and interests * Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply. At Fabric, we're building AI data analysts to enable 10x faster business decisions, starting with e-commerce and retail. Businesses typically analyze <10% of their data and end up losing 3-5% of revenue due to untapped opportunities hiding in plain sight. This is because data analysis is slow and painful with traditional BI tools which do not marry business logic with data. Thus, businesses are drowning in data but are starved for actionable insights. We are building an end-to-end analytics platform with AI at its core to solve this problem.
