Conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications 3. Coordinating interviews and providing feedback to candidates 4. Updating and maintaining candidate records in our database 5. Assisting in the development of recruitment strategies and initiatives 6. Collaborating with team members on various recruitment projects 7.
