About the internship As a Recruitment Intern at Ramyoz, you will be an integral part of our dynamic HR team, assisting in the recruitment and onboarding processes for top talent. Source potential candidates through various channels 2. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews 3. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers 4. Assist in creating job descriptions and posting on job boards 5. Participate in campus recruitment events and career fairs 6. Help with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions 7.
