Sourcing Candidates: Utilize diverse channels, including LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, and industry events, to find qualified IT candidates with expertise in Digital Marketing Company. 2. Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit for roles such as developers, data analysts, and digital marketers. 3. Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals. 4. Candidate Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a seamless and positive recruitment experience throughout the process. 5. Market Research: Stay informed about digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to enhance recruitment strategies and candidate assessments. 6. Offer Negotiation: Manage the offer process, including salary discussions and contract negotiations, to secure top talent. 7.
