Key responsibilities: 1. Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews. 2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. 3. Manage job postings on various platforms. 4. Screen resumes and applications to ensure they meet the job requirements. 5. Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires. 6. Help maintain and update recruitment databases and files. MMP is India's first pet-sensitive end-to-end platform that educates a potential pet parent and aggregates all essential services from sourcing to caring for pets.
