Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, ensuring seamless communication between recruiters and candidates.
Manage interview logistics, including scheduling, reminders, and candidate follow-ups.
Assist in cold calling and reaching out to potential candidates to gauge interest and schedule interviews.
Provide timely updates to recruiters regarding candidate status and interview outcomes.
Ensure all candidate information is accurately documented and updated in the recruitment system.
Maintain a positive candidate experience by providing prompt responses and addressing inquiries.
Help recruiters with additional administrative tasks, such as screening resumes and updating job listings.
Support recruitment campaigns and other HR-related initiatives as needed.
