About the internship The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas. Responsibilities 1. Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions 2. Conduct interviews via phone or in-person 3. Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews 4. Serve as contact person for questions from candidates 5. Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for the work from home job/internship 2. can start the work from home job/internship between 4th Dec'24 and 8th Jan'25 3. are available for duration of 3 months 4. have relevant skills and interests Our organization deals in utilizing and optimizing human resources.
