About the internship As a Recruitment Intern at Stallions Proptech Solutions Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the dynamic field of human resources while contributing to the growth of our team. Your proficiency in English, MS-Excel, negotiation, and problem-solving skills will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings 2. Conduct telephonic assessments to identify suitable candidates 3. Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback 4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in Google Sheet 5. Assist in the negotiation of job offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires 6.
