About the internship Are you a talented individual with a passion for recruitment and a knack for communication? Shades Of Spring is looking for a Recruitment Intern to join our dynamic team! As a Recruitment Intern, you will work closely with our HR team to attract top talent for our company. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and assisting with various recruitment tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in creating job postings and promoting them on various platforms 2. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates 3. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications 4. Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process 5. Assist with onboarding new hires and preparing necessary paperwork 6. Maintain accurate candidate records in our database 7. Provide general administrative support to the HR team If you have excellent English proficiency, both spoken and written, and are proficient in MS Office, then we want to hear from you!
