About the internship Are you passionate about connecting with people and helping them find their dream careers? TheRightDoctors is looking for a Recruitment intern who is proficient in both spoken and written English to join our dynamic team. As a Recruitment intern at TheRightDoctors, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within our company. You will work closely with our HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Key responsibilities: 1. Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events. 2. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role. 3. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates. 4. Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms. 5. Maintain candidate databases and ensure all recruitment records are up to date. 6. Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to attract top talent. 7. Contribute to the overall success of the recruitment process and help improve our strategies for attracting and retaining top talent.
