About the internship As a recruitment intern at Saifee Burhani Upliftment Trust, you will be at the forefront of talent acquisition and play a vital role in shaping the organization's future by identifying and attracting top talent. Your excellent English proficiency (spoken and written) will enable you to effectively communicate with candidates and stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office will empower you to analyze data and streamline recruitment processes. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assisting in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals 2. Conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interests, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process 3. Coordinating and scheduling interviews, maintaining clear communication with candidates and hiring managers 4. Assisting in creating and posting job advertisements, ensuring accurate and compelling content 5. Supporting the recruitment team in maintaining the applicant tracking system, updating candidate information, and generating reports 6. Assisting in organizing recruitment events and career fairs, representing the company's values and attracting potential candidates 7. Saifee Burhani Upliftment Trust is undertaking the redevelopment of Bhendi Bazaar. This ambitious redevelopment project comprises 16.5 acres of land, which has over 250 existing buildings, housing 3200 families and 1,250 shops; all of these are to be incorporated into this state-of-the-art sustainable development vision with new buildings, wide roads, modern infrastructure, open spaces and highly visible, well-connected commercial areas. The project is envisioned to meet the present and future socio-economic needs. Master planning of the area is done using the best principles of urban planning to create a development plan which could serve as a model for the entire city and other urban renewal projects across the country.
