Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for various roles within the company. 2. Coordinate interviews and assessments for potential candidates. 3. Support with the onboarding process for new hires. 4. Conduct market research to identify potential talent pools. 5. Collaborate with the team to create engaging job descriptions. 6. Assist with organizing recruitment events and job fairs. 7. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
