Job description Job Opportunity: Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Coordinator Intern Location: WFH/Hybrid About Us: SoDo is a HRaaS, IT and non-IT recruitment and talent acquisition platform elevating comapnies with top quality, multi-layer screened talent for permanent and contract roles in 24 hours. Overview: As a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Coordinator Intern, you will manage and be involved in end-to-end recruitment processes, from making calibration notes while understanding client's requirements, sourcing and screening relevant profiles, coordinating with hiring managers, vendors and candidates to schedule their interviews till their successful joinings. Key Responsibilities: • Job Posting: Publishing job postings using JDs and calibration notes to attract relevant talent for a variety of roles • Sourcing: Identify and engage with potential candidates through Linkedin, Naukri Desdex, networking, referrals etc. • Screening: Evaluate resumes, do initial phone screenings to assess candidates qualifications, and shortlist profiles that align with job requirements • Coordination: Act as a key point of contact for clients and recruitment consultants, understanding clients hiring needs to provide right talent • Interview Management: Coordinate between hiring teams, vendors and candidates, ensuring a smooth interviews process • Candidate Engagement: Build relationships with candidates and engage them, ensuring successful joinings throughout the recruitment process. Eligibility Criteria: • 2+ years of experience with IT/Non-IT recruitment • 1+ year of experience working with recruitment consultants/agencies • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent candidate sourcing and headhunting skills using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri etc. • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines • In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Meet or exceed 3-5 successful joinings • MBA in HR or a similar educational background from a good and recognized university.
