Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for various positions within the company. 2. Utilize HRIS to streamline the recruitment process and maintain accurate candidate information. 3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions. 4. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit. 5. Assist with organizing recruitment events and job fairs to attract top talent. 6. Provide support in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition. 7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes.
