About the internship As a Recruitment Consultant intern at Arxena, you'll have the opportunity to dive into the fast-paced world of talent acquisition using AI. You'll work closely with our experienced recruiters to source top talent, screen candidates, and manage the interview process. 1. Assist with job postings and use AI for candidate sourcing 2. Screen resumes using AI and evaluate AI phone interviews 3. Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates 4.
