About the internship We are looking for a dynamic recruitment consultant intern to join our team at Wroots Global Company. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced and supportive environment. Your role will involve supporting our recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and presenting top talent to our clients. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events 2. Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles 3. Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback throughout the process 4. Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms to attract potential candidates 5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our database 6. Support the recruitment team in various administrative tasks as needed 7.
