About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Use online platforms like LinkedIn and other job portals to identify potential candidates 2. Search for profiles that match job descriptions and use Boolean search techniques to narrow results 3. Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for current and future openings 4. Conduct preliminary screenings to evaluate candidates' communication skills and basic technical understanding 5. Schedule interviews with the hiring team, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and panelists 6. Follow up with candidates post-interview to provide updates and collect feedback 7. Build rapport with candidates and make them feel valued during the hiring process 8. Handle candidate concerns and feedback with professionalism and empathy 9. Clear, professional email and verbal communication to coordinate with candidates and internal teams 10. Efficiently manage multiple candidates and job openings simultaneously 11.
