Michael Page International Recruitment is seeking a talented recruitment consultant intern to join our team! As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the recruitment process while working alongside industry experts. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings. 2. Support the development of HR branding strategies to attract top talent. 3. Learn how to utilize HRIS to streamline recruitment processes and track candidate data. 4. Shadow experienced consultants during client meetings and candidate interviews. 5. Assist in creating job descriptions and posting openings on various platforms. 6. Participate in sales activities to generate leads and expand our client base. 7. Collaborate with team members on special projects to enhance recruitment efforts.
