About the internship As a Recruitment Consultant intern at ENTER company, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced recruitment team to learn and develop your skills in the field. Your key responsibilities will include: 1. Conducting candidate sourcing and screening to identify potential candidates that match our clients' needs 2. Assisting in scheduling interviews and coordinating communication between candidates and clients 3. Supporting in the management of recruitment processes and ensuring timely follow-ups with all parties involved 4. Researching industry trends and best practices to contribute innovative ideas to improve our recruitment strategies 5. Assisting in the development of job descriptions and job postings to attract top talent 6. Participating in networking events and career fairs to expand our candidate pool 7.
