About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in the development and implementation of AI models for candidate sourcing and screening. 2. Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify areas where AI can improve efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Conduct data analysis and create insights from recruitment data using AI tools. 4. Participate in research on the latest AI trends and technologies relevant to recruitment. 5. Support the creation of automated processes for candidate engagement and communication. 6. Document and present findings and recommendations to the team. Key Skills: 1. Basic understanding of machine learning and natural language processing. 2. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R. 3. Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-learn). 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. 6. Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. 7. Understanding of recruitment processes and human resources is advantageous.
