Job description What are we looking for We need a Talent Acquisition Intern with basic knowledge to help us find the right candidates for Salemax Plus. As an intern, you will assist in developing job descriptions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and communicating with candidates. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are a must. Qualifications ● Full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, and interviewing skills ● Experience in employer branding ● Excellent communication and negotiation skills ● Experience with recruiting tools and technologies ● Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment ● Attention to detail and strong organizational skills ● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field ● Experience in the technology industry is a plus Perks and Benefits ● Full-time Job opportunities after Internship. ● Internship certificate. ● Sunday are Fixed off. ● In-premises tea and Coffee facilities.
