About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Perform quality checks on translated documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to client specifications. 2. Draft purchase orders for language experts, ensuring that all project requirements are met. 3. Maintain a strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality deliverables. 4. Conduct post-DTP (desktop publishing) quality analysis, focusing on alignment, fonts, and formatting. 5. Review and ensure proper alignment of content with client specifications and project guidelines. 6. Support the smooth flow of operations by coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams. 7. Assist in optimizing operational processes to increase efficiency and streamline workflows. 8. Help monitor project timelines and ensure all deadlines are met. 9. Maintain clear and proactive communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success and resolve any issues.
