About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Monitor assurance calls daily and provide actionable insights 2. Maintain working knowledge of quality standards and gather information to improve team performance 3. Conduct floor briefings on major updates 4. Work on auditing collection calls and rectifying the errors and guiding them for collections Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for the part time job/internship 2. can start the part time job/internship between 11th Oct'24 and 15th Nov'24 3. are available for duration of 6 months 4. have relevant skills and interests We are an IT company based in Mumbai.
