About the internship About the job Key responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts. 2. Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software quality. 3. Identify, report, and track software defects to resolution. 4. Document testing procedures and results for future reference. Also, contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes. 5. Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements. 6. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence within the organization. 7. Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. 8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality. 9. Perform manual "black box", and "grey box" testing of SNEI's internal and customer-facing applications. 10. Troubleshooting to find the root cause of issues identified during testing - isolate test issues vs system component issues. 11. Design, develop, and run experiments to gauge the effectiveness of benchmarks. 12. Analyze the complex technical architecture across EA's platform and infrastructure to lead the assessment of failures determine root causes and drive fixes. 13. Coordinate closely with corporate communications and customer experience to listen to our players everywhere including social media, email, chat, and phone. 14.
