About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Audit preparation: a. Review and understand the specific audit requirements (e.g., ISO/TS standards for automotive parts manufacturing). b. Organize and maintain records required for audits, such as process control documents, inspection reports, and compliance records. 2. Documentation management: a. Create, update, and standardize quality documents, including SOPs, inspection criteria, and process flow diagrams. b. Ensure all documents are stored systematically and are accessible for review. 3. Quality reporting: a. Compile quality metrics and reports to showcase compliance with standards. b. Document discrepancies and corrective actions taken during pre-audit reviews. 4. Process mapping: Work with the quality team to identify and document critical control points in the manufacturing process. 5. Training support: Assist in creating training materials on quality processes for employees in preparation for audits.
