Quality Analyst

About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Quality assurance testing: Conduct functional and usability testing on digital products, including websites, apps, and marketing campaigns, to ensure they meet high standards of quality. 2. Bug tracking & reporting: Identify, document, and track issues, bugs, and other anomalies using project management and QA tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar. 3. Collaboration & communication: Work closely with designers, developers, and project managers to understand project requirements and provide actionable feedback for improvements. 4. Standards & compliance: Assist in testing for compliance with web accessibility standards, usability best practices, and cross-platform compatibility. 5. Documentation & feedback: Provide clear and detailed reports on testing results, feedback, and recommendations for enhancements.
