Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Requirement Analysis: Understand and analyze business requirements, ensuring clarity in functionalities for effective test planning. 2. Functional Testing: Execute test cases to ensure the application meets all functional requirements. 3. Test Automation: Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to validate software performance, functionality, using tools like Selenium, JUnit, or similar. 4. Exploratory Testing: Perform exploratory testing to uncover potential bugs and edge cases that may not be covered by traditional test cases. 5. Defect Tracking: Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar, and ensure timely resolution. 6. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to ensure high-quality software delivery. 7. Test Documentation: Prepare test plans, test cases, and reports, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and documentation.
