About the internship As a Python Automation - Networking intern at Across The Globe (ATG) company, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and make a real impact on our network security infrastructure. Your expertise in Python, Selenium, and network security will be crucial in automating manual processes and improving the efficiency of our systems. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Develop and implement automation scripts using Python to streamline network security tasks. Debug network-related automation scripts and resolve issues effectively. 2. Utilize Selenium for web application testing and network device automation 3. Collaborate with our network security team to identify and address vulnerabilities in our network infrastructure 4. Work with networking protocols such as TCP/IP, OSI, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and others to understand and automate network functions 5. Assist in deploying and managing network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.) 6. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in network security 8.
