About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Making PR for requests received from internal stakeholders 2. Making PO for PR created for R&D, IT, Marketing, site ops, and other team 3. Releasing PO to supplier for material required and getting material within required timelines 4. Getting vendor registration documents from new suppliers and registering them in the system 5. Supplier sourcing as per specs shared by the requester 6. Order acknowledgment and ensure timely delivery of materials at Unbox Robotics 7. Resolution of any issues during the GRN or receipt of materials in SAP 8. Reject material disposition with suppliers 9. Coordinating with the finance team for timely payment to supplier 10. Working with the logistics team to get shipments from domestic suppliers and provide the required documents 11. Ordering mechanical parts like Sheet metal, Machining parts, and other bought-out items 12.
