About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Initiate accept chat or video calls with users who prefer real-time interaction for support 2. Ensure that the chat or video call environment is conducive to open and honest communication, free from distractions and interruptions 3. Build a trusting and supportive relationship with users during chat or video calls, making them feel comfortable expressing their feelings and thoughts 4. Demonstrate active listening skills during chat or video calls, such as paraphrasing, summarizing, and reflecting, to show empathy and understanding 5. Adjust your communication style to match the user's preferences and emotional state, fostering a sense of ease and connection during the interaction 6. Respect users' boundaries and preferences regarding the level of engagement and disclosure during chat or video calls, ensuring a respectful and empowering experience for them 7. Offer reassurance and emotional support to users during chat or video calls, validating their feelings and providing encouragement as needed 8.
