About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Facilitate chat or video calls: Initiate accept chat or video calls with users who prefer real-time interaction for support 2. Create a comfortable and safe environment: Ensure that the chat or video call environment is conducive to open and honest communication, free from distractions and interruptions 3. Providing empathetic support: Build a trusting and supportive relationship with users during chat or video calls, making them feel comfortable expressing their feelings and thoughts 4. Use active listening techniques: Demonstrate active listening skills during chat or video calls, such as paraphrasing, summarizing, and reflecting, to show empathy and understanding 5. Adapt communication style: Adjust your communication style to match the user's preferences and emotional state, fostering a sense of ease and connection during the interaction 6.
