Job description We are providing 6 months on site internship + Training full time for fresh psychology graduates on counselling skills as follows 1. Foundational Counseling Skills Basics of active listening and empathy Building rapport with clients Understanding non-verbal communication Questioning techniques (open-ended vs. closed-ended) 2. Psychological Theories & Approaches Introduction to major counseling theories (CBT, REBT, Person-Centered Therapy, etc.) Application of theories in real-life counseling sessions Case studies and role-play exercises 4. Counseling Ethics & Professionalism Confidentiality and informed consent Handling ethical dilemmas in counseling Boundaries and self-care for counselors 5. Specialized Counseling Areas Career and academic counseling Relationship and family counseling Stress and emotional well-being coaching Workplace mental health and corporate wellness 6. Practical Exposure & Supervised Sessions Shadowing experienced counselors Conducting mock counseling sessions Receiving feedback and refining techniques 7. Client-Centered Approach & Customization Adapting counseling techniques based on client needs Culturally sensitive counseling practices Working with diverse populations 8. Report Writing & Documentation Maintaining client case notes and reports Structuring session summaries Understanding legal and professional documentation 9. Self-Development & Reflection Personal growth as a counselor Mindfulness and emotional resilience Continuous learning and professional development Location Navimumbai Nerul Timing 12 -7 pm Monday to Saturday Post internship Certification Stipend: No stipend but revenue sharing on sessions conducted.
