About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Facilitating program modules in schools, engaging with students to promote mental health awareness and well-being. 2. Managing technology and logistics to ensure smooth execution of program activities. 3. Collaborating closely with the program team to align on objectives and enhance overall program delivery. 4. Attending team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills and stay updated on program content and methodologies. 5. Providing timely reports on sessions conducted, including feedback and observations, to support program evaluation and improvement. Number of Sessions: 1. Facilitate 20-30 sessions in a month. The flexibility of choosing as per the convenience. 2. Session Duration: 1.5 hours per session. 3. Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM in the schools. 4. Compensation: 500 per session, with additional reimbursement for travel expenses. Did you know that every hour, one student in India commits suicide? (Approximately 28 suicides are reported daily, according to NCRB data). One in every 4 people is mildly to clinically depressed, as per the WHO. To tackle these issues, ENERGETIX was created 5 years ago as a preventive, holistic, research-based adolescent mental health program. ENERGETIX is launching cloud-hosted digital content to elevate its mission and reach out to 10 lakh students in Maharashtra (www.energetix.co.in). The program has supported thousands of students in Mumbai, focusing on their mental health. Additionally, it presented a white paper at the NCA 107th conference in Seattle in 2021, highlighting the significant impact of its adolescent mental health program.
