Prospect Outreach Associate

About the internship We're looking for a motivated 2nd or 3rd-year college student with call center experience, specifically handling international/US clients, to join us as a Prospect Outreach Associate. In this part-time role, you'll conduct cold calls to potential clients in the US, generating leads and building initial connections. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Conduct cold calls to potential US clients to generate leads and build rapport. 2. Collect and organize data from client interactions for lead tracking. 3. Perform market research to identify potential prospects and target industries. 4. Analyze gathered data to refine outreach strategies and improve engagement. 5. Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and prepare progress reports. Qualifications: 1. Prior call center experience with international/US clients 2. Strong spoken English skills (7/10 or above) 3. Confident communicator with a proactive approach What We Offer: 1. Flexible hours (US shift timings) 2. We use email scrapping and parsing technology to collect data on the target audience, company, and executive. We then create a knowledge base of frequently asked questions and answers in collaboration with their needs and requirements. We design between 5 and 30 business email templates through AB testing on the prospect list. We continually update this list and our knowledge base to improve our EDRs' interactions with the prospects.
