About the internship Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning & Execution: - Organize and execute community-building projects, such as the Ambassador Program, co-working initiatives, study groups, game nights, and social hangouts in the FCverse. - Partner with external organizations to run collaborative initiatives within FC, promoting inclusivity and growth. - Strategize to create compelling reasons for users to return to FC's metaverse, app, and website. 2. Community Engagement: - Engage with FC members as a peer, fostering genuine connections and creating a welcoming environment. - Spark conversations, introduce users to others, and create opportunities for collaboration and fun activities. 3. User Retention & Growth: - Ensure users experience the full value of FC, helping them naturally engage with the platform. - Retain users by helping them build lasting connections, making them feel at home in FC without constant guidance. 4. Monitoring & Reporting: - Track the success of initiatives, measure engagement, and propose new strategies based on observations. - Submit daily logs and identify patterns in user behavior to drive future decisions. Social Impact: You'll play a key role in fostering a space where everyone feels valued, connected, and free to be themselves. By promoting inclusivity and breaking down barriers, your work will help build a world that celebrates gender and sexual diversity, where everyone belongs.
