About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist project managers in planning and executing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring all milestones are met. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery. 3. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring alignment with the project scope, schedule, and budget. 4. Prepare and update project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and project timelines. 5. Communicate with stakeholders to provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues. 6. Assist in managing project resources, ensuring the right resources are allocated and utilized efficiently. 7. Identify potential risks and challenges in the project and propose solutions to mitigate them. 8. Maintain and foster relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success. 9. Track project expenses, invoices, and budgets to ensure projects remain financially on target. 10. Contribute to continuous process improvement by suggesting better practices and tools for project management.
