About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities: 1. Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and milestones 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and track project progress 3. Monitor project deliverables, update documentation, and prepare status reports for stakeholders 4. Help in identifying project risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate as needed 5. Coordinate project meetings, create meeting agendas, and document key actions and decisions 6. Provide administrative support to the project management team, including scheduling, data entry, and correspondence 7. Support in tracking project budgets and resource allocations 8. Assist in maintaining project management tools and systems (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) 9. Participate in project retrospectives and contribute to process improvement initiatives Requirements: 1. Currently pursuing a degree in project management, business administration, or a related field 2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail 3. Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace 6. Experience with project management software/tools is an advantage but not mandatory 7.
