About the internship Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for project management? STEP Beyond Borders is seeking a Project Management intern to join our dynamic team! As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced project coordinators team and gain hands-on experience in working with international foreign volunteers and interns. Key responsibilities: 1. Assist in planning and executing project timelines and deliverables. 2. Collaborate with team members to ensure effective coordination of the international volunteers, arrange their activities, pick-ups, workshops, etc. 3. Provide translation support in project for each foreign volunteer, click pictures and made video for the reporting. 4. Attend meetings and take detailed notes to track project progress 5. Assist in preparing project reports and presentations for stakeholders. 6. Help in identifying and resolving project issues and risks. 7. Support project managers in day-to-day tasks to ensure project success.
